St.Petersburg Astrological Academy
The non-government higher education institution established the traditions of modern scientific predictive astrology advocated by such great minds as Al-Biruni, Gerolamo Cardano, Isaak Newton, Kepler, Leibniz, Llewellyn George, Karl Ernst Kraft, Michel Gauquelin, Sergey Vronsky and others. The concept of the "Formulas of the Events" developped by Sergey Shestopalov permits predicting all main person's life events.
Established on October 5th,1989 by Sergey V. Shestopalov, the Doctor of Astrology, the Academy is currently registered as a non-government higher education institution in Russia.
St.Petersburg Astrological Academy is accredited in the following organizations:
- Union for Professional Astrologers of Russia;
- American Federation of Astrologers established by Llewellyn George in the 30-ies of the 20th century;
- International University of Fundamental Studies of the Oxford Educational Network, UK.
On April 4th, 2005 the rector of SPbAA Sergey V. Shestopalov defended the doctor’s dissertation “Formulas of Events” at the International University of Fundamental Studies in St.Petersburg. Pursuant to this concept based on the astrological analysis of tremendous statistic data each event of our life can be represented by a formula thus becoming described and predictable. The Shestopalov’s concept adheres to the principle of ancient hermetic astrology, which gives preference to considering the horoscope houses combinations based on interaction of their elements.
